How the B1G1 Offer Works

To avail the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer, customers must add two eligible products to the cart before proceeding to checkout.

When two eligible products are added to the cart, the price of one product will be charged and the second product will automatically become free as part of the promotional offer.

The free product must be added by the customer during the checkout process. Our team will not be able to add or modify products once the order has been placed.

Important Conditions

  • Customers must add both products to the cart in order to receive the B1G1 benefit.

  • If only one product is added to the cart, the order will be processed as a single product purchase, and the B1G1 offer will not apply.

  • In such cases, no additional product will be sent later.

  • Orders placed with only one product under a B1G1 promotion cannot be modified after confirmation.

Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, it is considered final and confirmed. Customers are advised to carefully review their cart and ensure that both products are added before completing the checkout process.

PLATIVER™ will process and ship orders exactly as they appear in the final confirmed cart.

Misuse of Offer

Any misuse of the B1G1 promotion, including attempts to manipulate orders or exploit the offer, may result in order cancellation at the discretion of PLATIVER™.
