All orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are usually processed on the same business day, subject to product availability.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
PLATIVER™ ships across most major cities in India through trusted courier partners.
We also deliver to many Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities and towns. However, due to logistics limitations or courier restrictions, delivery to certain remote locations may not be possible.
We continuously work to expand our delivery network and improve delivery timelines.
We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid domestic orders across India.
For partial payment / COD orders, the advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days from our warehouse depending on product availability.
After dispatch, delivery generally takes 3–6 business days, depending on the customer's location.
Therefore, the total estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days within India, excluding the day the order was placed.
